Want all sad, eat foods rich in fat



Eating foods high in fat not only enjoy a sense of taste, but also sends 'signal of happiness' to the brain via the stomach. This finding has been the Belgian scientists announced.

To find out why when sad or stressed people often eat many sweets, the researchers at the University of Leuven (Belgium) conducted a study on the effect of food on human emotions, as Asiaone.com.

In the study, 12 participants were listening to music and view contents sadness, boredom, frustration. Then split into two groups: some are more fatty acids, the remainder is transmitted only saline. The study participants did not know any information about the liquid they have given.
By means of MRI scans (static imaging), researchers found that those in the first group (injected fatty acids) have less expression of sadness or depression compared with Monday.
"Eat fat seems to make people less vulnerable due to emotional upset caused, even if we do not know what you're consuming fat," says Dr. Lukas Van Oudenhove, members of the team solution.
